The Rose
Rob and Jason had developed the intricate bass rhythm of "The Rose" LONG before Brandi became involved with them musically. Actually, it had survived but not progressed through numerous musical incarnations. By the time Brandi fell into the Whiskey Rose scene, Rob had become somewhat sick of playing the lick as a bass-only ditty and tasked Brandi with the arduous task of writing a melody and lyrics to what Rob figured was an impossible rhythm to develop melodically. However, he grossly underestimated how tremendously egotistical and demented Brandi was as his answer was "Sure, no prob." Well... no prob it was and the result was one of the most fun live songs in the Whiskey Rose library.
