Caitlin Caitlin is an instrumental interlude that Rob wrote for his daughter shortly after she was born (three guesses what her name is). It’s a rather unique song because almost all of Whiskey Rose’s material - regardless which one comes up with the original concept - eventually ends up involving Brandi, Rob and Jason all in the writing. Caitlin, however, was entirely written by Rob. It’s a very nice riff, performed by Rob on a single guitar... quite the contrast to his Van Halenish Lament of Kings which, so far, can only be heard live at Whiskey Rose performances.
